By accessing or using our job search portal (the " Shakti Consultant "), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using the Portal.
User Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a legally binding agreement to use the Portal. If you are accessing the Portal on behalf of an organization or entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind such organization or entity to these Terms & Conditions.
User Obligations
A. Account Registration: You may be required to create an account to access certain features of the Portal. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration and keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
B. Job Listings: If you post job listings on the Portal, you represent and warrant that the information provided is accurate and does not violate any applicable laws or the rights of third parties.
C. User Content: Any content you submit to the Portal, including job applications, resumes, or other materials, must be accurate and comply with applicable laws. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms & Conditions or infringes upon the rights of others.
Job Listings and Applications
A. Job Listings: We provide a platform for employers to post job listings and job seekers to view and apply for those listings. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of job listings, and we are not responsible for the actions or omissions of employers or job seekers.
B. Job Applications: We facilitate the submission of job applications but do not guarantee that employers will review or respond to such applications. We are not responsible for any hiring decisions made by employers.
Privacy
We collect, use, and protect your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the Portal, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.
Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the Portal, including text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by or licensed to us. You agree not to reproduce, modify, distribute, or otherwise use any content from the Portal without our prior written consent.
